The Strategic Insight Manager is responsible for creating analytics and supporting "Disease Squad", developing & delivering insights to help the business in a context of transformation.
The Strategic Insight Manager will be in close relationships with Sales & Marketing stakeholders to identify and understand business opportunities.
Managing continuous improvement of targeting model and forecasting approach;
Supporting decision making through planning, implementation and handling primary and secondary market research;
Generating Insights coherently with the disease strategy;
Managing internal and external data providers and vendors to deliver impactful business insights, while managing budget, timelines, and stakeholder inputs;
Generating actionable insights, integrating and processing the Importante Azienda of Customer from different channels;
Performs ad-hoc projects, research, and analysis in support of key stakeholders;
Managing Productivity projects along with Disease areas in order to guarantee relevant business information that allows resource optimization and investment;
Who you are:
University degreein Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or Economics or equivalent;
Relevant experience of 2/3 years in business/sales analytics, preferably in an international pharma company;
Analytical skills and Data quality controlling skills;
Methodical work approach with great attention to detail;
Knowledge of forecasting/tracking tools, databases in general;
Open, logical and analytical mind;
Planning & organizational skills, project management;
Strong team player with pro-active attitude;
Ability to adapt in a regularly changing environment;
Leadership an motivational skills;
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
