RINA is currently recruiting for a Strategic Innovation Senior Consultant to join its office in Genova, La Spezia, Bari, or Lecce within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.
Mission
A Senior Consultant in this role takes on a leadership position, contributing strategic insights and overseeing the successful execution of projects. It is a pivotal role in client relationships, team development, and the implementation of impactful solutions in the areas of process efficiency (supply chain optimization), technology adoption, and decarbonisation, providing strategic consultancy activities in several sectors (e.g., manufacturing, O&G, energy, public entities).
Job Responsibilities
The Strategic Innovation Senior Consultant deals with strategic consultancy and subsidized finance projects. By joining the team, you will be involved in:
Technological scenario analysis to identify state-of-the-art technologies and related suppliers for each project-specific application (e.g., industrial technologies, decarbonisation, sustainability, carbon capture, digitalization, process optimisation). Competitive intelligence analysis. Supply chain strategy and procurement process optimisation. Identifying innovative technology trends and key players. Preparation of technical documentation for private entities aiming to access grants and incentives (e.g., PNRR, EU funds, state aid). Participation in EU project activities and possibility to travel across Europe. PMO Activities. Management of customer relationships and identification of business opportunities. Qualifications
Experience approximately between 3 and 5 years in a consultancy firm or in a result-driven working company.
Experience in relating with clients.
Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in a proactive approach.
Excellent knowledge of the Excel and PowerPoint packages.
Aptitude for teamwork and working with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
Education
Master's Degree in Engineering General or Management Engineering.
