Strategic Buyer (F/M)

Job Responsibilities: Leads the procurement activities of all projects associated with the integration of a recently acquired company (Kries). Ensures all the Compliance & Sustainability requirements are met. Drives standardization of the Procurement processes during a merge process. Co-develops strategy for assigned supplier portfolio in accordance with the corporate commodity strategy. Responsible for delivering annual business results (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance). Conducts spend analysis, market insights, and total cost of ownership assessments. Drives reporting process to provide visibility to the business unit of cost change projects. What Your Background Should Look Like: Very strong analytical and computer skills. 5+ years of experience managing sourcing projects. Experience in Compliance & Sustainability. Experience in supplier management. Critical thinking & curiosity. Background in Automotive/Appliances/Aerospace/Industrials is a plus. Experience in buying Electronics is a plus. Good common sense in process and risk management/mitigation. Strong potential and willingness to grow within the Procurement organization. Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering.
