Scope of this position: ArgentinaResponsibilities: 1. Lead Strategic Account Management initiative in Argentina 2. Lead and develop local KAM's team with growth mindset3. Develop and track Account Management and Field KPIs to maximize execution 4. Build a collaborate environment with CVTs (Marketing/Sales/MAF/Strategic Access), HEOR and commercial teams to understand Access barriers and co-create plans for core products in key accounts5. Develop new access models to maximize opportunities in key accounts aligned with Core Brand Strategies to maximize execution to achieve patients access to our portfolio6. Develop close and strategic relations with key external stakeholders in healthcare system based in high compliance standards 7. Serve as access expert in assigned area, giving insights, and sharing knowledge of the Healthcare System, Health Programs and business trends related to the reimbursement flow and decisions to identify opportunities and anticipate potential business impacts8. Coordinate with government affairs team to prioritize policy issues, monitor the policy landscape and understand impact of policy decisions that could affect patient's access to productsQualifications1. Education level required: Professional University (mandatory); postgraduate or MBA (desired)2. Experience in leading teams3.
