We are expanding our Strategic Account Executive team and are looking for an experienced sales professional to spearhead our growth in Italy. If you're passionate about sales, technology, and building client relationships, this opportunity could be perfect for you. Key Responsibilities:
Drive new customer acquisition with a focus on revenue generation in the Italy region (commission-based). Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including price negotiation and relationship management. Develop and execute a strategic approach to target key prospects in the e-commerce vertical, engaging with C-level decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales engineers, professional services, marketing, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions. Conduct comprehensive business needs analyses to demonstrate the value of our CDP solution and why it's the best fit for the client's needs. Maintain accurate CRM data for clear and precise reporting and forecasting. Engage with clients through webinars, calls, and, where appropriate, face-to-face meetings to build and nurture relationships. Prepare high-quality proposals and briefs while working autonomously to drive success in the region. Demonstrate leadership and initiative to drive business growth in the Italian market. What We Expect:
3-5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally within software or SaaS. Strong understanding of digital marketing technology and the e-commerce sector. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. A well-established presence and network in the Italian market. Ability to negotiate and close deals in a collaborative team environment. Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
