Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Store Planning & Facility Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:


Manage the agenda of the Store Planning Director and teamManage travelling and accommodation arrangements of the Store Planning Director and the teamSupport in back-office activitiesReception of guestsBooking of conference roomsSupport budget processesSupport invoices' registration and approval processManage orders with magazinesRequirements: Proficiency of Microsoft package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent EnglishProblem-solving skillsHigh level of adaptabilityOrganizational and time management skillsStarting Date: February 2025
