Responsibilities: Arrange commercial spaces according to headquarters' guidelines and manage products to meet sales targets.Build and foster trust-based relationships with customers, providing support and purchase guidance.Track sales data and achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets, proposing any necessary commercial initiatives to meet assigned budgets. Monitor turnover and KPIs to gain a comprehensive view of the store's commercial performance.Collaborate closely with company departments supporting store operations (Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, and Buying).Demonstrate strong managerial skills and excellent leadership, supporting and guiding the team through regular feedback and leading by example on the sales floor.Manage staff by identifying personnel needs, training and motivating the team, organizing schedules, managing vacations and days off, resolving conflicts, and encouraging teamwork.Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an assistant manager role in premium fashion retail.The ideal candidate will possess an excellent professional presence, a strong aptitude for teamwork and human resource management, outstanding customer service skills, and a results-driven mindset.A passion for fashion, positive attitude, flexibility with scheduling, and a strong talent for assisted sales complete the profile.Strong proficiency in English language.Offering: Salary €40,000 annual basic salary based on experience.Permanent contract.MBO + Uniform.This is an urgent vacancy - if this position is of interest, please apply now with your updated CV for an immediate interview.
