Job purpose**:
Drive business results through a continuous development of the store team and an optimized management of store in terms of image, product and operations Lead the team to deliver the Versace experience.
**Responsibilities**:
**Business development**
- Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results, support key business strategies.
- Generate sales for each product category.
Partners with senior management the Area Manager to maximize sales and margin goals.
Responsible for the sales and KPIs performance of each team memberthe store.
Analyzes and manages sell through.
Identifies and communicates regularly with division heads on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity.
**Team Management**
- Ensures every team member is making progress in their personal and professional capabilities
- Sets personalized objective for the year for every team member and follows-up along the year to provide guidance and confirm, fine-tune or correct thein order to develop behavior, performance and capabilities performance and behavior.
- Creates a dynamic environment.
Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations
- Sets achievable goals and targets, implements sales incentives to help boost sales, and ensures the staff follows Company guidelines and is held accountable for achieving set goals.
- Attract, develops and leads a high performance team that drives sales and achieves comp store results and profitability through effective training, coaching and/or motivational activities.
- Ensure the in-store follow-up after trainings delivered on the brand, products, operations and soft skills.
- Plan and Conduct daily and weekly in store briefings to motivate, to set objectives and show how to reach them Assess staff training needs and provide all relevant brand, product or operational training.
Actively follow up learning.
Support with informative and inspiring participation the new staff onboarding experience.
- Consistently demonstrates accountability and leadership in managing the store and its employees, delegates accordingly and provides the staff with a professional work environment.
- Assures staff is groomed, inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product and related company information.
**Client Management**
- Ensures superlative csuperior customer service standards, thoroughly through constant follow up with the team, in order to meet customer expectations.deliver the Versace experience
- Act as Be a brand ambassador to and build relationships with new customers and VIP clienteleVersace clients.
Be an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions.
- Encourages team members to focus on what they would like their clients to feel during a Versace experience (Sense of Family, Powerfully Desirable, Electrified and Entertained)., leading in delivery the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty.
**CRM**:
- Monitor the team on managing their customer database, ensure they take actions to maintain a long term relationship with customer and maximize sales opportunity.
- Support the organization of in-store & promotional events, liaising with merchandising & PR team
**Retail Excellence**
- Responsible for the consistent implementation and enhancement of Versace Retail Excellence and all selling and clienteling tools.
**Store Management**
- Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed in an organized manner according to the guidelines
- Assures optimum shrinkage results are met by enforcing security measures and maintaining consistent accuracy in inventory levels.
- Remains in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures, and assures all policies are enforced.
- Demonstrates proficiency in managing operational costs, and balancing all related budgetary expenses in a cost efficient manner.
- Ensures store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives, and applies strategies to deliver best results through merchandising and visual representation.
**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred
- Strong track record in team management and leadership, demonstrating capabilities to make people grow personally and professionally.
- Three to five years of experience in retail management - luxury experience preferred.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
Strong relationships skills and ability to maintain long-term with clients and community and understands the needs and changes of the market.
