WHAT YOU WILL DOAs Store Manager, your main contribution will be to lead the store in all aspects.
To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience.
You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphereMonitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performanceManaging inventory levels and conducting stock checksAnalysing KPIs and proactively implementing sales strategiesRecruiting, training, and leading your team, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluationsWHO YOU AREYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
