We are looking for a STORE MANAGER - Jewelry for a direct employment contract with our client.
The context: Our client is a world-class diamond and jewelry company.
Duties and responsibilities: The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following activities:
1. Sales and Commercial Objectives Management: Constantly monitor sales performance, set and achieve monthly and annual goals. Implement strategies to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Team Management: Coordinate, train, and motivate the sales staff by assigning tasks and shifts, as well as monitoring individual and group performance. The manager is also responsible for recruiting and managing staff in terms of growth and development.
3. Customer Service: Ensure that the customer experience is always excellent by offering personalized advice, handling complaints and special requests, such as jewelry customizations or repairs. They must also educate customers on products, such as materials and precious gems.
4. Inventory Management: Regularly check jewelry and accessory stock, manage restocking orders, monitor product turnover, and prevent theft or shortages by implementing appropriate security measures.
5. Visual Merchandising: Oversee window and interior displays, ensuring that the jewelry is attractively showcased and that promotional campaigns are properly represented in line with brand directives.
6. Administration and Financial Reporting: Manage the cash register and daily financial operations, prepare weekly or monthly reports on sales, costs, and profits. Keep track of operating expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
7. Supplier Relations: Coordinate new product orders with suppliers and negotiate prices and supply terms, also monitoring the quality of delivered products.
8. Compliance and Security: Ensure that the store complies with all current regulations regarding safety, data protection, and quality standards, and make sure the staff follows safety procedures.
Required qualifications: The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
·Previous experience as a Store Manager
·Previous experience in the luxury sector
·Fluent Italian level
·Fluent English level

Working hours: Monday-Sunday, FULL TIME, with 2 days off per week.
