ETRO is looking for a Client Advisor part time for our store in Leccio The Mall OutletJob Description:To provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage- Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony- Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products- Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business- and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies- Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication- Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines- Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise- Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies Key RequirementsDeep passion for fashion and luxuryExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companiesAbility to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitudeAbility to adapt to different customersTeam-playing aptitudeStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentFluent in English and a second language will be a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
