Store Lead- Seasonal

ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are looking for an experienced candidate within retail management and sales environment which includes: supervision of register efficiency, time management skills, strong knowledge of merchandise, implementation of policies and procedures, and a thorough understanding of the elements that drive retail operations profitability. Strong work ethic and ability to handle a non-stop and sometimes intense workload are essential. Exceptional customer service skills are required, including the ability to balance customer concerns and teammate questions in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor. Responsibilities also include managing and delegating to volunteers and co-workers. Light experience with Microsoft Office and Excel programs is necessary.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Store OperationsSupervise floor activity and continuous stockingCash HandlingAssist multiple guests and address their concerns with a helpful attitudeCommunicate daily needs to the Manager and/or address teammate disciplinary actionsMaintain cleanliness of the store and counterRequirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Processing and Sales Management background preferred.
Working Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
