Position Overview Responsible for the coordination, management and effective delivery of processes required for the execution, installation and renovation of New Store Openings (NSO) in Partner Territories & Travel Retail EMEA. Key aspects will be ensuring that all procedures are followed and respected according to agreed schedules and budgets, while nurturing effective communication and collaboration amongst internal and external parties.
Project Development Initiate partner stores & corners development processes as presented by Business Development and Sales.Coordinate and monitor processes to ensure successful openings.Partner with internal RL Departments (BD, Sales, RDD, Merchandising, etc.) to support them on initial discussions for new projects and renovations.Support on the selection of new potential locations and on the preparation of GSC presentations for partner stores.Ensure that sound business agreements are implemented for her/his area of responsibility.Assist and facilitate the vendor qualification process with RLSD.Coordinate collection and completion of the Criteria Package for new partner stores.Coordinate collection and completion of the Projects Data Sheet for new corners.Facilitate Tender Processes for the selection of awarded vendors.Prepare the Cost Analysis Template at the beginning of each project, with the aim of keeping track of all costs related projects, from estimates to quotes and actual costs.Monitor and archive all documents, information and files related to each project.Create all templates needed to kick off the project.Maintain and update the database related to projects both for partner stores and corners.Project Management Ensure that effective and correct management and communication takes place at all phases of the process.Kick off communication with all parties involved.Attend all RLSD production weekly calls for each project.Manage internal weekly calls on all projects, making sure to prepare the agenda prior to the calls and complete the minutes with action points after the calls.Monitor the build-out schedule, highlight and approach possible bottlenecks.Provide timely updates on progress, implementations, issues and needs.Facilitate logistics, shipments and installations.Monitor costs, highlight and approach risks of possible over-budgets for her/his area of responsibility.Make sure all Purchase Orders related to projects are issued, approved and received.Monitor payments of invoices related to projects.Responsible for building solid relationships with RLSD Design and Construction teams, ensuring a smooth flow of communication.Manage the cost reconciliation process.Provide effective and strategic management of all internal and external expectations during project development.Introduce and improve dynamic tools and materials for effective project management.Participate in preparing the executive presentation upon store opening.Experience, Skills & Knowledge Skills Project Coordination ability and experienceFluent in English (native a plus)Open-minded & proactive Team player, with a strong sense of initiativeAble to work under pressure and to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines"Hands on" attitude & ability to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal skills (diplomacy & cross-cultural communication)Willingness to learn and to share knowledgeProject management experienceAbility to build partnerships both internally and externallyOpen to travelAble to work on own initiative with problem-solving attitudeSolution orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsQualifications Degree in business, management or a fashion-related subjectBackground in business administration or finance a plus
