Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.About the role:Reporting into the Executive Steward or Banqueting & Stewarding Manager, you will be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas, always maintaining a safe work environment, safely utilizing and storing cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials while assisting with inventory of china, glass and silver.
You will ensure that each outlet and function have an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and keep the kitchen in line with HACCP rules and PWT Standards.What will you do:Clean and sanitize china, glasses, and flatware using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishes and flatware from dishwashing machine and store properly.Clean and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, seep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways.Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutionsSafely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing.What you bring:High School education.A special talent and passion for ensuring you and the team deliver the highest of standards of service consistently, ensuring exceptional hygiene practices and high care to our internal and external guests.
