With the aim of strengthening the Sterile Liquid Production Department of Fidia Farmaceutici Head Quarter, we are looking for a Production Senior Technician who will assist the department manager and shift leaders with process and plant management tasks, ensuring adherence to the department's technical quality standards including procedures, methods, and handling deviations.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and reporting nonconformities and deviations from standards, cooperating with QA department. Drafting, revising, and maintaining production methods, operating procedures, and GMP documentation, while also supporting recipe creation. Providing training to staff on operational activities and procedures, to maintain quality standards. Acting as a liaison between company functions to ensure adherence to quality standards, participating in audits, and supporting new project development and performance analysis. Evaluating and testing new raw materials, supporting reporting functions with technical documentation and SAP Purchase Requests. Requirements:
Scientific high school diploma. Possession of a science degree will be considered a plus. Minimum 5 years' work experience within manufacturing companies subject to strict regulations and standards, such as pharmaceuticals, food, medical equipment manufacturing. Good familiarity in understanding production processes, technical issues of plant/machinery and production systems, as well as strong skills in drafting and processing documents. Excellent problem solving, determination, and communication skills. Good proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite. Good level of English (B1). Our offer:
