Description of the Work and the documentation requested by the Customer with regard to Installation matters.Assembly and preparation of the Plan of Work with regard to the installation activities and provision of the necessary input to planners for the assembly of the overall POW.Participation, when required, to negotiations and clarification meetings with the Customer after the presentation of the proposal.Revisions, as necessary, of the tender package as a result of negotiations, change of Customer requests, etc.Compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire processAt contractual stage the main activities are the following:Participation to internal Kick Of Meeting(s)Transmittal, to the project team and Departments involved in the project execution phase, of the relevant information, such as:CostsQualifications and assumptionsTechnical documentationPlan Of WorkOther relevant informationParticipation to internal clarification meetings with the relevant departmentsParticipation to meetings with the Customer and/or Subcontractors.Technical Assistance to the relevant DepartmentsDeeper involvement in the detailed engineering aspects, aimed to construction.Assessment of potential changes since the tender stage in terms of technical solution, contractual issues, risks, costs changes and the final collection of Lessons Learnt to be implemented in other tendering processes.BASIC REQUIREMENTSDegree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.Fluent in English, written and spokenCurious and eager to quickly learn and get involved to improve autonomyPrecise, proactive, problem solving and target orientedCapacity to understand and conceptualizes complexity into concise frameworksPragmatic, flexible, capable to set and to handle and adapt to the priorities.Flexibility and capability to manage changes during the workGood relationship approach and team working capabilityKnowledge and familiarity with of all basic and common software like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and in the use of the Web.Availability to short but possibly frequent trips, domestic and abroadIn case of experienced candidate, at least fulfilling one of the requirements below in the added-value requirements list.POSSIBLE ADDED-VALUE REQUIREMENTSExperience in same or similar role and areaKnowledge of / experience in the land cable installation world and/or civil works coming from operative or engineering rolesExperience in proposal engineering activities such as costing, planning, subcontracting, technical proposal preparation, negotiation possibly relevant to land installation or at least in other areasYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
