BU Process and Continuous Improvement EngineerDescrizione impiegoTeam Overview and Job responsibilitiesWe are looking for a BU Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer, who will report to the BU Process and Continuous Improvement (BU Transmission – Prysmian) and will be based in Milan HQ, Italy.The main tasks of the BU Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer are to deploy and maintain Continuous Improvement programs in the factories reporting to the BU (HV land and Submarine cables), contribute to Green Belt certification of new Process Engineers and support industrialization process of new lines and/or new products.STEM IT is our new five-year Professional Development Program customized for Professionals who are interested in developing their career in STEM roles (.

has context menuWho are we looking for?The main duties of the role are the following:Spread Continuous Improvement culture and projects within all the factories linked to the BU Transmission.Ensure lessons learned and best practice collection, sharing and implementation.Promote and drive Continuous Improvement projects in the factories with the goal of standardization and increase the efficiency all over the BU.Analysis of Industrial KPIs and ensure the monthly reporting through the BU.In tender phase, support risk analysis and evaluation of mitigation actions.Contribute to industrialization processes: define the performance of new lines in advance, conduct FMEA analysis for new lines and new products, set an industrialization roadmap when needed.Support the training and growing plan of pool of young Process Engineers (including green belt certification program).Assist Quality team in Root Cause Analysis process.Key requirements:Solid Experience of Continuous Improvement preferably with extrusion process or cabling experience.Mastering continuous improvement tools / methodology.Engineering Master degree.Black Belt certification.Strong leadership, team player, open to different cultures.Analytical attitude, problem solver.High PC literacy.Proficient in English, written and spoken; other languages will be a plus.Travel expected about 60%.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
