Redstone Commodity Search is working with a global steel trading house looking to hire a Steel Long Products Trader to join the commercial team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks: Manage steel sales to customers in the Singaporean market and explore new value-added opportunities within South East Asia.Develop and achieve annual trading target, and develop sales tactics and strategies to meet the annual business plan.Able to immediately leverage existing relationships with producers and importers in the area.Maintain a full and current understanding of customer requirements, competitor activity, market activity, customer, and supplier performance.Reports into Steel Trading General Manager.Key Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 5 years within steel and raw materials trading in Asia.Good working experience and knowledge of INCO TERMS 2020, contract exposure, UCP 600, and marine freight.Good communication and negotiation skills.Independent thinker to support growth aspirations.Fluent in English and Mandarin.If you match the job description and are keen on applying for this role, please send us a copy of your resume/cover letter to ****** or submit your application through the Vacancy Form.
