We are a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions in statistics and data analysis. To meet the increasing demand for data analysis and standardization activities—supporting both Business Lines contracts and direct Pharmacometrics contracts with clients—we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Pharmacometrics team as a Statistical Programmer. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAS programming and a strong understanding of CDISC standards. Familiarity with other programming languages is an added advantage.
Primary Responsibilities Programming support for both clinical and non-clinical studies to ensure that the data package adheres to CDISC standards (SDTM ADaM SEND). Develop, validate and standardized programming process and quality check using SAS/R/Python to analyze data and generate reports. Develop and review of randomization specifications and generation of randomization schedules. Review CRF and other study specific specifications and plans. Provide support and training to team members on best practices in programming and statistical analysis. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define analysis specifications and ensure the accuracy of results. Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops to improve existing processes and implement new technologies. Meet deadlines and deliver high quality work. Regular report presentation in meetings and frequent communication with internal project team members and external clients. Required Skills or Attributes Bachelor or Master in Statistics, Computer Science or relevant field is desirable. Good understanding of pharmaceutical Research & Development processes and regulations. Demonstrated professional experience as SAS Programmer in pharmaceutical industry, CRO or Biotech / Biopharma. Strong capabilities and experience in using: SAS, R, Python. Experience with CDISC / SDTM, ADaM standards is preferred. Good data management skills and attention to detail is essential. Ability to meet strict deadlines and to work as part of a team.
