ROLE
Statistical Consultant will support the leadership team for the Statistical consulting function.
- KEY RESPONSABILITIES- Provide internal and external statistical consultancy services concerning interventional and non-interventional clinical studies and data integration from multiple studies.-
- Provide Client support in designing new or optimizing existing Biostatistics & Data Management departments, according to different business models of Clients and including provisions for processes, policies, procedures, and electronic system selection.-
- Provide input to the design of clinical development plans and clinical trials.-
- Literature research to get knowledge related to new statistical methodologies.-
- Provide contents for marketing material.-
- Develop and administer training programs to internal employees and/or Clients.-
- Support Business Development in selling consultancy services.-
- Meet clients and participate in industry meetings to identify business development activities.Active participation to scientific meetings with presentations.
- DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE- Master Degree or PhD in Statistics-
- At least 8 years of experience in Biostatistics-
- At least 3 years of experience in equivalent position with technical leadership and managerial accountabilities- TECHNICAL COMPETENCES & SOFT SKILLS-
- Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the clinical development process-
- Good SAS and R Programming skills-
- Knowledge of essential regulatory guidelines (e.g. ICH)-
- Strong statistical methodology expertise-
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite-
- Excellent English communication skills-
