Assigned to a project, he/she is in charge ofgenerating documents and deliverables in compliance with the technical projectrequirement, assigned to him/her by the Static Equipment Head of Department orby Static Equipment Project Leader, guaranteeing quality, assigned budget andtime.
The Junior Engineers reports to the Senior Engineer for thepeculiarities of the project, the Senior Engineer report to the StaticEquipment Head of Department for man-hours and quality of the deliverables.
Key Activities & Responsibilities :
To guaranteethe quality of the generated mechanical calculations of pressure equipment (vessels,columns and heat exchangers) and their compliance with the contractual andcompany standards, procedures and work instructions;
To conducttechnical training as per department needs and exchange experience with colleaguesof the entire Tecnimont Group for new Design techniques;
To reviewthe engineering drawings and the relevant mechanical calculations of pressureequipment supplied by the Manufacturers;
Tocoordinate the activities of the drafting engineers charged to prepare theengineering drawings of each static equipment and transmit any necessaryinformation to Static Equipment Project Leader;
To cooperatein the preparation, updating and editing of internal norms and standards;
To providefor the compilation and issue of the summary sheets of the loads acting on thesupports, fireproofing, insulation, painting and auxiliary structure weights ofstatic apparatuses;
To participate,when required, for the critical apparatuses to the most important phases of constructionand testing.
Personal Attributes: degree in Mechanical Engineeringor Diploma in Mechanical Engineering minimum 5 years of experiencein mechanical engineering in engineering companies or manufacturer ofstatic equipment fluent English speaker andwriter availability to travel forshort period in Italy and abroad Fully paid up Company share capital € 19.920.679,32 - Tax Code, VAT number and Rome Company register number: 07673571001
