Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service is valuable but not mandatory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
EU Citizens or Portuguese residence card holders only.
