Start-Up Specialist- Naples

As a Start-Up Specialist with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying services sales opportunities for new and prior customers.
Start-Up Specialists may occasionally work outdoors and will be trained on pool cleaning and chemical services. During the slow season, Start-Up Specialists may be responsible for the maintenance and service of pools.
Responsibilities:Acquire suitable residential recurring service customers.Re-acquire returning customers.Reach out to sold accounts and AR cancelled accounts, with the intent to re-activate service.In the slow season, specialists are required to assist branch managers with any supervisory related tasks including route coverage.Qualifications:Pool chemistry and circulation knowledge.Equipment pad operation.Basic computer literacy.Proper communication skills.Excellent customer service.Minimum Requirements:Must be at least 19 years of age.Must have a valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major infractions or significant points.Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Records).Prior sales experience.Must have a high school diploma or GED.Benefits:Competitive Pay: Annual salary from $45,000 - $52,000.Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance.401k with Match.Growth Opportunities.Paid Time-Off.Loyalty Bonuses.Tuition Reimbursement.Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance.Life Insurance.
