ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB As STARS product market analyst you will have a role in the global programing to selected EssilorLuxottica Wholesale Customers to build 360° partnership to maximize sell-out performances and service level to consumers.
STARS team provides planning and assortment selection to EssilorLuxottica customers and is bases on a constant exchange of information between EssilorLuxottica and customer Point of Sales systems.
The Stars Merchandiser figure will oversee the definition of the Merchandise Strategy, from the Store Segmentation through the Facings Strategy and planning strategy with the goal of increasing store productivity and maximizing service level of the market she/he manages.
Here some responsabilities you will have: Store planning cross market and brand.
Through analytical support, assessment of customers' requirements in terms of inventory strategy & targets and supply chain needs and solutions.
Define an Assortment Portfolio Strategy in collaboration with Local Organization and according to market needs/customer profiles.
Facilitate and coordinate communication about sales, planning and assortments with markets/customers.
Work to maximize collaboration and information exchange efficiency with local Stars team.
Continuous market performance monitoring to define potential action for maximize store sell-out, and to improve the service level.
Prepare Product/Customer/Market Performance review about market/customers.
Make sure markets have most updated information to present assortments to their clients during Corporate and Local Sales Events.
Coordinate and implement ADV strategies/Brand activities , in collaboration with STARS Mktg Team.
Working as part of a team delivering excellent results and working within the Luxottica core characteristics.
