**ROLE MISSION**
Directly reporting to the Corporate Marketing and Communication Manager, the JMS will be an integral part of our Marketing Department and will contribute/ or drive daily tasks related to Communication Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Event Marketing.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and multi-cultural environment.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Assist in the run up to events, in their planning, organization and coordination such as collection presentations, product launches and online and offline campaigns.
- Supporting the team in cross-functional projects, such as campaign launches and internal document creation for key stakeholders.
- Follow-up on the marketing plan actions implemented by the Marketing Manager and ability to prepare report sheets for the multiple activities as well as to focus on the most significant data to be collected.
- Acting as a conjunctional bridge between Marketing and Technical Departments (Technical Dept, Pre/Post Sales Dept), supporting the Marketing Manager in the development of Sales materials (brochures, corporate and product catalogs) and Technical Sales materials (video-rendering, corporate videos, technical product videos), assisting him/her in information gathering, follow-ups and the management of the various stakeholders involved in the process.
- Help the senior members of the Team with the management and the briefing to be shared with suppliers for all the above.
- Proactively research and identify possible areas for improvement concerning internal and external communication initiatives, preparation of papers to support proposals, and discussion with Marketing Manager to assess feasibility in factual and budget terms.
- Support the Marketing Team and the Human Resources Team in implementing, but more importantly sharing, internal communication activities consistent and coherent with the company's corporate strategy.
- Possible future evolution of the figure as Sales Support and Event Specialist.

**WHAT DO WE ASK FOR**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication/Marketing or related.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Italian native speaker level.
Other languages knowledge is a plus.
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative and take charge, in operational terms, of the various stages of implementing a project.
- Availability for occasional travel, if necessary.
