We are looking for a new colleague to join our DNV Business Assurance team in Vimercate, Italy, for the Stage Support Commercial/Enterprise Officer role. The aim of the role is to support the Sales team & Operation Team in administrative activities.
This is a temporary role, initially for 6 months, with the potential for extension.
The main tasks will include:
Keeping high data quality in the internal CRM system
Evaluation of existing contracts/projects
Maintenance of existing client portfolio
Managing relationships with clients
Work is mainly office-based, with some possibility of remote work

Requirements:
Excellent Italian skills required – both written and verbal
Fluent English required (written and verbal)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Economics , Finance , Management , or a related field is preferred (not explicitly required but could be beneficial for the role)
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or similar) for managing client portfolios, contracts, and maintaining high-quality data
Working proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team
Proactive and positive approach
