Study specific aspects of EU/non-EU regulations such as: food additive limits and related functions applicable to confectionery, food standards and related specifications;Study regulatory assessments on the safety of food additives of interest to Perfetti Van Melle;Study the regulatory initiatives applicable to the food industry and related to the sustainability of the food chain and of food ingredients/food additives.You will learn:
Knowledge of EU food additives regulatory matters with a focus on: food additive limits and related functions applicable to confectionery category, food standards and food additives safety assessment;Knowledge of the regulatory developments on sustainability of the food chain (focus on ingredients/food additives);Work in Team also with colleagues located in other countries;Ability in coordinating activities with other colleagues.You will also join our Internship Program Career Kitchen!
