Company DescriptionEurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is looking for its site in Vimodrone (MI) a Junior Project Manager (IT Projects) to support the Project Manager of the Europe Team, for the BPT Europe division.Job DescriptionManage routine/new projects and provide support to various functions in the organization.Manage different projects simultaneously, set milestones and track progress.Fill out documents and collaborate with people to complete the missing information.Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes, presentations with clear communication.Contact external suppliers to obtain information.Visibility to different teams across Europe (e.g. IT, quality) including management.QualificationsMaster Degree in Management/Business or IT related Degree is preferred.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus.Project management skills (e.g. good relationship with stakeholders).Basic MS Office knowledge is required; further IT skills/knowledge is nice to have.Excellent communication skills (with colleagues in different countries and suppliers).Additional InformationPossibility of Smart Working.To apply, it's necessary to send a detailed Resume, specifying the authorization to process personal data.
