Stage Model Agency Assistant

Our Agency, a young and dynamic company operating in the fashion industry, is hiring a booking assistant in line with the Agency's values and who will collaborate with the Team enhancing the brand's image.

What will you be doing? Supporting the team managing daily tasks and activities such as developing relationships with models, clients, and suppliers, managing phone calls/emails, and assisting the day-to-day running of the Agency;Managing and reviewing contracts for models;Organizing and coordinating the scouting activities for the agency's director, including travel arrangements and scheduling;You will have future opportunities to manage and develop your own client portfolio. Requirements Good knowledge of the fashion industry;Strong work ethic;Fluent in both English and Italian;Ability to work collaboratively, positive attitude, and great attention to detail;Ability to stay calm in pressured situations, always remaining proactive and professional.SMILE!
