Position Snapshot Undergraduates or graduates in marketing or economics Nestlé welcomes people with disability Full-time internship (6 months) Start date: January-February 2025 Position Summary Nestlé Beverage is looking for a passionate and ambitious candidate to join the dynamic Nescafé marketing team. The candidate will have the opportunity to support the full marketing team in implementing the annual activity plan for Nescafé, one of the most popular and historical brands in Nestlé's portfolio. Nescafé is the most consumed coffee brand in the world, distributed in more than 180 countries and a pioneer in coffee since 1938. In Italy, it is the leader in the soluble coffee market. The candidate will support the whole marketing team, particularly the Mixes Brand Manager, in developing marketing plan activities, through market data analysis, I/R process, promotional activities in point of sales, and managing digital media activities. A day in the life of Support in market analysis: monitoring of sell-out data and identification of relevant trends and performances. Support for the implementation of consumer/trade promotional activities: development of POP materials, flyers, promotional materials, and packs, and Nescafé website involving both internal and external stakeholders (agencies). Support in innovation and renovation process (packaging creation and renovation). Support for the development/implementation of digital communication activities. Support for the development of Nescafé communication plan, both with media and PR activation. What will make you successful Undergraduates or graduates in marketing or economics. Positive and curious attitude. Passionate about marketing and digital. Familiarity with the world of social media and its trends/dynamics. Analytical skills and mindset and good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Responsible and proactive with good communication and relationship skills.
