Stage Logistics Specialist

The resource will primarily assist with:
Organization and management of shipments;Preparation and printing of documentation such as delivery notes, DDT (transport documents), packing lists, waybills;Entering customer orders into the management system;Data entry and management of the export/import paper archive;Inventory of materials in the warehouse;Monitoring the status of shipment progress;Support for E-commerce through the use of the internal management system (creating transport documents, generating invoices, etc.).Requirements: Dynamic personality with high stress resistance;Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel);Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2);Bachelor's degree;Preferable knowledge of customs declarations;Accuracy, flexibility, excellent analytical and communication skills.Availability: immediate.
