The Opportunity This internship in the Legal Privacy team will give you the opportunity to work with a broad international perspective, supporting QVC International markets such as Italy, UK, Germany, Japan and US.
You will join the team in our headquarter in Brugherio (MB) and you will work with colleagues all over the world.

Your Impact Reporting to the Privacy Director, your main responsibilities in this role will be: Support vendors review from a legal privacy perspective and potentially reviewing privacy contracts (i.e., data processing agreements).
Assisting on International transfers and TIAs.
Support the team in privacy compliance activities including (i) conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) (ii) drafting privacy statements and instructions for the processing; (iii) responding to daily queries from the business about uses of personal data.
Provide legal privacy support for data mapping activities and assisting with data subjects' requests.
Research relevant case law and monitor changes in privacy law and laws affecting personal data retention obligations.
Support other projects to support global data privacy and information governance programme including work with, and influence, team members on implementing privacy best practices, including privacy-by-design requirements.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in law.
CIPP certification (preferred) 0-1 years' experience in the legal privacy area.
Knowledge of European privacy laws (including GDPR, ePrivacy) and other relevant privacy legislations (e.g., UK GDPR and US laws) Knowledge of changes in privacy laws, court cases and developing trends.
