Stage Junior Menswear Designer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in the collection design process; Assist in creating fashion sketches and preparing boards for the Menswear collection handover; Update image galleries, photographs, and materials; Participate in the creative research for upcoming collections by identifying seasonal trends and creating moodboards; Convert freehand sketches into digital drawings using Adobe Creative Suite programs; Assist the Style team during photoshoots; Support in the development of graphics (print patterns).
REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Previous experience (including internships) in the fashion industry.
Excellent hand drawing and digital drawing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work between our two locations in Milan and Sumirago (VA) is required.
