Team Overview and Job responsibilitiesWithin the Group Administration, the candidate supports routine accounting and monthly and quarterly reporting activities.In particular, the resource will:·Maintains the integrity of the general ledger including the preparation, verification, and input of journal entries.
Prepares analysis of accounts as requested.
·Participate in selected General Ledger accounting activities to enable local and group accounting and statutory financial requirements to be met.·Partecipate in the Intercompany billing process ·Manage and allocate Intercompany monthly payments ·FS Quality & Integrity: Monthly and Quarterly reconciliation supporting effective internal control maintaining adequate filling of documentation and evidence and full reconciliation of General Ledger accounts balances with legacy or source data.·Support timely effective books closing ensuring respect of Group closing calendar and ensuring a quality in the ICP reconciliation·Support accounting managers and controllers on arising accounting issues or anomalies promptly highlighting them and providing recommendations.·Assist with month-end and year-end closing, and annual financial statement audit.·Active participation to projects and initiativesHow is success defined in this role?Meet the deadlines during monthly reconciliationRespect the KPIs and target decided of the service offered to the countriesWhat are the 3 most exciting aspects of this role?Learn and improve your SAP knowledge and excel knowledgeLearn to work in a team and meet the deadlines togetherUse and improve knowledge of accounting principlesWho are we looking for?Bachelor's or master's degree in EconomicsGood accounting knowledge (IFRS/Local GAAP)Strong IT skills: MS Office, SAP (FI, SD).Proficient in English.
