As Quality Control team in Latina, our main responsibility is to ensure that a laboratory system is introduced and maintained in a qualified state for the entire lifecycle according to the current specifications and regulations ('Good Manufacturing Practices' or GMP, pharmacopeias, computer system validation and data integrity rules, internal procedures).
Activities:The intern will be supporting:
the execution of equipment testing activities related to:initial software and equipment qualification;periodical maintenance, calibration, and qualification.verifying the compliance of the software/equipment with the internal and regulatory requirements in force and allowing the release in use of the system.writing and managing documentation for equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance.identifying improvement opportunities of the various processes related to laboratory equipment introduction and management.interacting and collaborating with various company departments to support the equipment introduction process.Requirements:Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or EngineeringProficiency in ItalianFluency in EnglishGood knowledge of the MS Office packageBasic knowledge of laboratory equipment such as HPLC/UPLC, NIR-UV-IR Spectrometer and software usage such as Empower is a plusFor more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
