Main activities to be followed: * Support of improvement projects related to Batch Record review in Operations * Creation of Standard work for Batch Record Review in Operations * Support the development of KPI for lead time review of new products.
* Support the activities related to the Performance Management for Batch Record Review in Operations Requirements and Qualifications: * Master's degree in scientific discipline (i.e.
Chemistry, CTF or equivalent) * Fluent in English * Strong skills of ownership and accountability * Skilled in problem-solving and decision making.
* Capacity to lead projects * Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
