Sofidel's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets to 2030 have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with reductions required to keep warming to well-below 2°C, in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.PURPOSETo collaborate with the Health Safety Manager in the execution of risk assessment in the reference plant, contributing to the identification and carrying out of safety measures found necessary.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify risk factors within the plant, draft the risk assessment and indicate the necessary measures for the health and safety of working environments in compliance with the regulations in force.Guarantee the correct and efficient control of administrative processes concerning safety management.Carry out analyses following job injuries, in order to ascertain their cause and promptly implement the related corrective measures.Participate in safety meetings with workers and their representatives.Participate in the elaboration of safety procedures for the different corporate activities.Participate in consultations on matters of work health and safety.Participate in the training process of suppliers of goods and services with relation to safety and hygiene activities in the working places (where applicable).Collaborate with the Health Safety Manager in the checking of compliance of machines, plants and facilities with law requirements and in the suggestion of measures to carry out in order to raise their safety standards, also taking into account the applicable harmonised technical provisions.Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.Promote the Corporate Principles and Values.The intern will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge of risk factor assessment techniques to evaluate the level of risk in company activities, knowledge of the management system according to the ISO 45001 standard and application of the management system used in a company of the tissue sector in the security field.
