Stage Fashion Designer Assistant

We are looking for a very creative and organised person to work closely with our creative director to push and make our project grow.The job will cover all the processes from collections concept definition, shapes and pattern development, to relationship with suppliers, technical sheets, final product approval, and fashion week presentations/show.We are looking for great skills and experience in:Collections planningFabric sourcing as per garments structure and industrialisationThis position is a 6-month stage.
If proven capabilities, determination, and passion for the job are demonstrated, a contract will be offered to be part of the team of the company.
Great creativity and solid organisational structure are required.The ideal candidate will have a contemporary/international mindset, be dynamic, and open-minded to a vision that goes beyond fashion.Responsibilities include:Develop collection concepts under the creative director's guidanceManage collection structureResearch fabrics and trimsBuild shapes and patterns in-house and collaborate with suppliers (we work a lot physically on mannequins)Create technical sheetsConduct in-house fittingsApprove final productsPrepare for fashion week showsCoordinate the design department (2 collaborators)Demonstrate great ability to sketch #J-18808-Ljbffr
