We are looking for a Customer Care Intern in our dynamic Elevator and Escalator Customer Care team based in Legnano (MI).
The successful candidate will provide, after appropriate training, support for all aspects of customer needs responding to customer telephone and written inquiries regarding our product selection, placement of orders, complaints, concerns, and requests for literature.
The resource will be also contribute in analyzing individual solutions and ensures customer needs are met as well as providing follow-up and initiates correspondence.
Moreover, he/she will process customer orders, will update and maintain customer databases and record keeping systems for individual accounts.Major responsibilities:Support in providing care of customers needs, solving issues and providing information and support to any matter that may arise;Provides Customer and Product Information Kit (such as drawings, product datasheets, and price lists) and other related literature as required;Maintenance of customer information in our ERP System (LN/SAP) as well as enter the order daily basis, and confirms price & delivery to customers;Monitor's progress of material manufacture to ensure delivery date is met;Support in Managing orders in accordance to style forecasts and works with the Scheduler and Production Department to ensure customer needs are met;Maintains filing system for all day-to-day documentation, purchase orders, and purchase receipts, and various procedures and notices.Technical and soft skills:Bachelor degree;Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook;Ability to write and communicate verbally in a professional business manner in Italian and English; Fluency in other languages will be considered as a plus;Ability to work with diverse cultures;Teamwork attitude;Organized and details oriented;Dynamic and willing to learn.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
