To be associated to interns.Job Description : Havas Milan , r icerc a per ampliament o dell'organico, una risorsa da inserire in STAGE CURRICULARE, in qualità di Community Manager La risorsa inserita supporterà il team nello svilupp o della content strategy e nel delineare e implementare la presenza dei clienti sui social media , di creare e sviluppare un piano editoriale identificando i target di riferimento.
Responsabilità : animare e moderare quotidianamente le Community Social de l client e d 'agenzia assegnato attraverso riposte ai commenti e ai messaggi privati;
programmare e pubblicare i contenuti del piano editoriale;
organizzare e pubblicare le campagne Social ADV
individuare eventuali trend all'interno delle Community da sfruttare per la produzione di contenuti editoriali mirati e performanti;
individuare modalità per stimolare la conversazione e il coinvolgimento degli utenti in maniera strategica e creativa
segnalare e gestire eventuali situazioni di crisi all'interno delle Community;
realizzare report quali-quantitativi
Si richiede: Laurea umanistica o in Comunicazione/Marketing o formazione equivalente nel campo del
marketing e dei social media
Conoscenza delle maggiori e emergenti piattaforme social, dei trend digital e delle best practices;
Buona c onoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (8.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00) da lunedì a domenica con 2 giorni di riposo settimanali.
C ompletano il profilo ca pacità di problem solving e di lavorare per flussi di lavoro in un ambiente dinamico e e ccellenti doti di comunicazione scritta e di public speaking .
Sede di lavoro :Milano + smartworking (2 gg a settimana compatibilmente con le necessità del team )
Orario di lavoro :Full-time
Si offre inserimento in stage. Previsti rimborso spese + buoni pasto I nostri stage hanno durata di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga su ulteriori 6 mesi:
6 mesi 500€ + 140€ buoni pasto
6 mesi 800€ + 140€ buoni pasto
I 12 mesi sono percorsi pensati per dare formazione completa e raggiungimento autonomia alle risorse inserite, necessarie per poter valutare eventuale inserimento a contratto al termine dello stage.
