Company : IRCA Group is a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry and gelato markets, serving independent producers as well as large food manufacturers.Core products include chocolate, decorations, creams, inclusions, pastry mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery / pastry ingredients.Headquartered in Italy, IRCA Group has a strong track record of growth over the last decade, with 22 manufacturing facilities all over the world, 2000+ employee and €1 billion of revenues.Purpose of Position: Support colleagues in quality assurance activities of the production site, both within the departments and through the planning activity, to ensure that raw materials, processes and finished products reach and meet the established standards.In the role, the candidate will reach more and more autonomy in the assigned tasks, as he/she will be supervised by a senior colleague in order to progressively complete more complex tasks: Monitor business processes to verify protocol application and compliance with predefined procedures Planning and conducting quality control activities and internal inspections Coordinating and supervising the analysis of raw materials and products Working together to produce data sheets of incoming raw materials and processed products Analyze and process customer satisfaction and customer quality data Requisitions: Education : degree in Food Science and Technology Professional Skills : Knowledge of food technology & the main analysis tools Experiences Not required Language Skills : English proficiency Computer Skills : MS Office Behavioural requirements: Excellent analytical skills.Good communication and relationship skills.Analytical and time optimization capabilities.Ability to work in a dynamic context.PI242589189
