The Staff Production Planner is responsible for execution of production/supply plans that take into account forecasts, availability of material, and manufacturing capacity. This role involves identifying and maintaining the appropriate planning parameters in ERP systems and APS to optimize subassembly production and semi-finished goods supply plans. Responsibilities also include providing materials to manufacturing areas based on planned production schedules and supporting NPD and other cross-functional teams as required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute Master Production Schedules relative to shelf life, inventory guidelines, and requirements to achieve balanced factory optimization schedules with cross-functional teams to ensure customer demands (on time and in full delivery), NPD, and factory utilization targets are met. Maintain Master Data in SAP and APS parameters in Blue Yonder to help ensure accurate planned output for execution. Provide analyses around the connection between different nodes of the supply chain, capacity utilization, and what-if scenarios on procurement vs manufacturing yield rates vs capacity available, using judgment to assess options. Resolve material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions, while recognizing and communicating opportunities for cost savings, cross-qualifications, and process improvements. Participate in daily management meetings as well as DBS events to ensure continuous improvement. The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related work experience (degree or coursework in Ops/Analytics) OR Master's degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 3+ years of work experience. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

The salary range for this role is $106,400 – $146,200. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
