Job Description Open to flexible & hybrid work setup Key Responsibilities Interacting with Customers to co-develop the System Safety & Cybersecurity Architecture Develop and implement HW/SW functional Safety & Cybersecurity architecture for Acquisition / Sensor Devices using eMCU Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Safety & Cybersecurity standards and requirements Conduct Safety & Cybersecurity analysis, identify Safety & Cybersecurity risks, propose architectural options and verification methods to cope with Define and document Safety & Cybersecurity requirements for Acquisition / Sensor Devices Develop Safety & Cybersecurity verification and validation plans Steer R&D teams on ISO 26262 and ISO21434 compliant development and refinement processes Eventually conduct internal ISO26262 Audit and Assessments Qualifications Master or higher degree of engineering/science with a proven background in the automotive environment, e.g., AEC-Q100, IATF16949, etc.
8+ years of relevant experience in Safety & Cybersecurity semiconductor architecture definition, analysis and verification & validation Common understanding of related best-known design methods and standards in the industry, such as SOTIF, ISO26262, ISO21434 Experienced with capturing requirements in Polarion ALM/Requirements Curious and willing to challenge existing solutions with innovative technology concepts based on systematic problem-solving skills Fluent in English with great intercultural, social and communication skills in order to work in distributed international and cross-functional teams Willingness to travel abroad (up to 25% of time) Ways to stand out from the crowd Experience in High Performance Analog Front End Architecture is considered a strong plus Experience in design and simulation of integrated circuit, better if related to the Automotive field and based on ISO 26262/ISO21434 Experienced with Reliability Workbench Previous Experience in Semiconductor companies with product architecture based on ISO 26262/ISO21434 Knowledge of security and cryptography concept, issues Experience as Penetration Engineer with Kali Linux Familiarity with MCU/FPGA development kit Company Description Renesas is one of the top global semiconductor companies in the world.
