The candidate will be self-motivated, willing to learn exciting new technologies and develop new products, but also be able to work effectively within a talented group of individuals across multiple development locations.Responsibilities:Work within an analog/mixed-signal design team based in Catania (Italy), Sophia-Antipolis (France), Edinburgh, Newbury (United Kingdom), and other locations worldwide.Work closely with other cross-functional teams to define, implement, and introduce products to our customers.Lead medium and high-complexity ICs from architecture selection to implementation and debugging, managing analog and digital teams.Mixed-mode IC top-level/block design, transistor-level circuit design and simulation.Use recommended design and verification techniques, tools flows to produce efficient designs which meet specifications.Support other development team functions, such as layout, application, and test, to ensure successful delivery and meeting all requirements.Perform hands-on evaluation of ICs in the lab.Minimum Qualifications Experience:Master's degree in electronic engineering and 5+ years' experience as an analog circuit designer.Strong fundamentals in analog and mixed-signal design, tools and flows.Design experience with circuits such as amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs, and switching power supply circuits.Good understanding of power supply control architectures.Knowledge of BCD process technologies.Understanding of digital IC design.Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills are required.Good level of understanding of the English language, both written and spoken.Why You Will Like Working At ADI:We place great value on individual judgment.We allow our employees the freedom to explore new ideas and the autonomy to determine how to best achieve business goals and objectives.We emphasize professional development and mentoring.
