Assisting head of finance with month-end and closing activities
Handling accounts payable and receivables
Managing payroll-related activities such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and state payroll tax
Attending on-site and remote meetings
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Following up processes with external accounting
Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support, organize, communicate, and manage the full cycle of accounting activities, such as monthly closings and payroll management.
One year of experience in the accounting field, supporting the full cycle of accounting activities, monthly closings, and payroll management.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Soft Skills: communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Hard skills: Excel, beginner budgeting, invoice management, and payroll.
Degree: Accounting or finance.
Level of English: B2+
Location – Mexico City. Remote work with on-site meetings; the frequency of on-site meetings is subject to the demand of each position.
