Ssc Payments Analyst

Keywords Group company provides international media localization, translation, voice recording, and international content creation services through its network of project managers, recording studios, and selected linguists around the world.
The SSC payment analyst will be part of the team responsible for managing payments and treasury activities for all European entities managed by the Shared Service Center, based in Cinisello.
The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with different cultures.
The candidate, reporting to the Senior SSC Payment Analyst, will be responsible for:
Supplier payment either manual or automaticUse of Intelligent Document Processing and Machine Learning technology (ML) for bank reconciliationMonth end process and related reconciliationGroup bank relationship and issue solvingUrgent paymentPayment of any statutory obligation, such as taxes, fund, pension, and salaryRelationship with Group Treasury departmentCash forecastSupport Accounting Supervisor during auditTechnical Skills Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economicsAt least 3-5 years of proven working experience in Accounting, preferably in treasuryKnowledge of main home banking systemsGood MS Excel skills and generally good IT systems skillsFluent in English (C1)Knowledge of Netsuite is an assetBasic knowledge of general ledgerBehavioural Skills Organized and results-drivenStrong team player and problem solverPassionate and proactiveAdditional Information Keywords Studios offers a hybrid model of workingThe candidate will be hired with a 'contratto commercio'Fringe Benefit and Ticket RestaurantTraining and Development
