Job Description: The SRM Manager partners with markets/channels/customers to adopt and implement cluster SRM strategy and priorities locally.
The SRM Manager translates cluster guidelines and frameworks to the local investment choices, pricing, and promo plans.
Proactively coordinates market decisions in line with cluster SRM agenda, using all 4 levers of SRM in tune/balance. Ensures local steering and governance to keep relentless focus on value creation and Trade ROI improvement.
What are we looking for? Advanced/fluent English language skills required (both written and oral) 2-3 years of experience in SRM Additional Demand or Sales experience preferred High analytical ability MLCs: Business insight, Balances stakeholders, Plans and aligns, Financial acumen, Optimizes work processes, Drives results What will be your key responsibilities? Develops market-level SRM plans based on the total cluster SRM strategy, framework, and guidelines. Defines market-level annual SRM targets based on cluster AEP commitments. Partners, governs, and monitors annual SRM targets delivery, proactively initiates scenario planning and gap closing activities, ensuring agreed actions are followed through. Conducts internal & external analysis of SRM metrics across markets, cells, and category players, including financial and shopper metrics. Derives insights and maps the opportunities to maximize value creation at a local level. Informs the annual planning cycle with market insights, providing quantitative and qualitative SRM inputs. Provides market-level SRM inputs to S&OP+ forums (SRM council, Pricing council, DMR, PMR, MBR, etc.), ensures proper feedback loop between market and cluster SRM, coordinates market decisions in line with SRM roadmap and principles. Owns local pricing roadmap, creates and aligns SKU level pricing proposals in line with cluster pricing & PPA guidelines and commitments. What can you expect from Mars?
