Your Role We're looking for a Sr. Workplace Operations Specialist to join our Chiavari office. This role's main responsibility is to ensure each employee has everything they need to be on top of their game. You'll focus on: Managing the in-office experience . You'll help provide Hudl employees a safe, secure, well-maintained, and efficient environment in our office in Chiavari while promoting a positive work-life balance and high-performance culture. Collaborating with stakeholders . Whether it's internally across departments or externally with different contractors and vendors, you'll ensure we're tracking and solving problems efficiently, plus getting ahead of future issues. This role requires five days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Chiavari, Italy. Must-Haves Organized.
