Neato Robotics is looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our growing User
Experience team in our Italy office in Milan.
We believe that a customer-centered focus
should be at the core of everything we do.
You will play a vital part in leveraging our
innovative technologies, redefining our customer experience, and establishing a design
culture across our organization's functional teams.
**Responsibilities**
As a Senior UX Designer at Neato, you will:
- Collaborate with product managers, software and hardware engineers as well as
other designers on ambitious projects to understand business requirements,
defining design goals, leading the direction of the experience, and delivering the final
product.
- Assist the design team with producing design deliverables across the entire design
process.
- Iterate on our design strategy to help our team use effective processes and
methodologies.
- Execute user research and testing strategies.
- Support engineering and QA during development and post launch.
- Be an advocate for the user and design strategy throughout the product
development process to achieve product and organization objectives.
- Work closely with our engineering team in Italy, and possibly make trips to their
office, if needed.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to Visual Communications, Human
- Computer Interaction.

- 2-5 years of experience designing and shipping web/mobile products in an agile
environment.
- Experience working with a design team.
- Proficiency in Sketch and InVision is a must.
- Strong grasp of programming languages are a plus.
