**Your role in Heritage**:
At Heritage Holdings, we're looking for a Strategy & Growth Associate to help shape the future of our business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment.
You'll report directly with our Chief Strategy Officer and directly lead workstreams alongside the founders to drive key initiatives, explore new opportunities, and support the expansion of our markets and operations.

**What You'll Do**:
As a Strategy & Growth Associate, you'll:
- Dive into market research, analyze competitors, and identify areas where we can thrive.
- Create business models and go-to-market strategies to turn ideas into actionable plans.
- Support the due diligence of our investments opportunities.
- Develop reports and insights to guide our decision-making on strategy and growth.
- Keep track of projects, ensure progress, and help different teams work together smoothly.
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and founders to execute high-priority initiatives.
- Lead specific workstreams and play a hands-on role in refining and implementing ideas across markets.
**What We're Looking For**:
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 2-4 years' experience in strategy consulting, business growth, or a similar role.
- Background working with start-ups, scale-ups, fintech, or incubators (a plus).
- Some knowledge of alternative assets such as Private Equity or Hedge Funds (bonus points!
).
- The ability to take a project from idea to execution and see it through.
- A talent for making sense of complex or ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus an eye for detail.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
